PRODUCT PRICES
All references to Rupee on this website are in Indian currency. Indian prices aredifferent to International prices due to taxes/duties , and the laws of the countriesthey have been bought from. In cases of International shipping , prices may varywhen logging into the site from different postal codes and locations. Prices aresubject to change at any time , without any notifications. All rights to change pricesare reserved by Cosa Nostraa.
Prices of products available at retail outlets are only available within India. Noproduct can be sold for Indian prices outside the country
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping costs are calculated based on cumulative weight of entire order and are different for domestic and international delivery.
In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you(i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re deliveryshall be claimed by the user placing the order. Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with Cosa Nostraa. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Cosa Nostraa shall not be liable for any delay / non delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, acts of God or any cause that is beyond the control of Cosa Nostraa.
The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. Cosa Nostraa reserves the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time.If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Cosa Nostraa has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
Delivery of orders would be done address specific not person specific.
Octroi charges may be levied on few destinations (mostly in Maharashtra) displayed on the site .These charges are not refundable and shall be borne by the customer. In the event of cancellation of the order the Octroi charges levied shall not be refunded.
All Duties and taxes for international shipping shall be borne by the customer. Cosa Nostraa Pvt. Ltd. is not liable to pay any Duties or Taxes for International Shipping.
REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders once placed will not be refunded, returned or cancelled under any circumstances. Wherein you can create exchange request of a product within 5 days of its delivery.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (team@cosanostraa.com/info@cosanostraa.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.
Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
Step 3: Kindly pack the item correctly to avoid any damages and ship back to us(Address: A-602,Okay Venus Plus, Mahal Rd opp. Akshya Patra, Jagatpura, Jaipur - 302025).
Step 4: We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.
COLOR VARIATIONS / WEAR & TEAR
All Cosa Nostraa products are hand crafted , hence no two products are identical in their absolute finish. Product color may slightly vary due to photo-graphic lighting sources or your monitor settings, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ASSEMBLY
Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods are available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. Some items may require self assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
