REFUND, RETURN, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders once placed will not be refunded, returned or cancelled under any circumstances. Wherein you can create an exchange request for a product within 5 days of its delivery.
Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via email (team@cosanostraa.com or info@cosanostraa.com) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details. Kindly email an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: Kindly pack the item correctly to avoid any damages and ship it back to us:

Step 4: We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

COLOR VARIATIONS / WEAR & TEAR

All Cosa Nostraa products are hand-crafted, hence no two products are identical in their absolute finish. Product color may slightly vary due to photo-graphic lighting sources or your monitor settings, but minimal to the eye which therefore would not change the essence of the design.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY & ASSEMBLY

Due to popularity or short interruption of supply, some items may be unavailable or out of stock. Also at present, only a selection of our goods is available for online orders. We intend to extend this in future to a much wider range. Some items may require self-assembly. It may be necessary to make changes to product specifications. We reserve the right to make these changes at any time and without notice.
